These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NavFit Pro mobile application (the "App"), operated by Iris Collective Group ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NavFit Pro. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account).
3. Subscriptions & Billing
NavFit Pro offers auto-renewing subscriptions ($7.99/month or $75/year) processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you acknowledge:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings — the App itself cannot process cancellations or refunds.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
NavFit Pro is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie targets, macro recommendations, workout suggestions, and any adjustments made for health conditions you report are for informational and personalization purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet, exercise program, or fasting regimen, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. Stop any activity immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure; or (d) share your account with others.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by Iris Collective Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nutrition data sourced from third-party databases (such as USDA FoodData Central) may contain inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris Collective Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information it provides.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
